Hello, my name is Lewis. I am a passionate and organised individual with over 13 years in the Care industry. I have a Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care, which I obtained in 2021, and a level 3 NVQ Diploma for The Children and Young People Workforce.

I have an proven track record in the industry for helping companies that are seeking to set up their Childcare Homes, and a passion for doing my part to help improve the industry as a whole, to better service the young people in need of our vital service.
